The room service was rather slow. I waited over an hour for a simple salad. also, several ingredients were missing from the advertised description. the cleaning staff seemed a bit intrusive. they repeatedly called despite the 'do not disturb' indicator, and often forgot essential items like coffee capsules and teaspoons.

our family room for three was spacious with lots of storage. excellent soundproofing. the breakfast was fresh and varied. marco and jessa greeted us each morning (which i appreciated). their warm, attentive service made a real difference.
the lobby fragrance had a strong lemongrass scent. it was overpowering sometimes.

the hotel had a rooftop pool. there was also a well-equipped gym; it included treadmills and stationary bikes. sauna access was available upon request, offering a great way to unwind after a long day.

friendly staffexcellent servicetiming problem
the staff was very friendly. they stored our luggage after the checkout. they even let us use the pool and sauna after the checkout. it was amazing.
i ordered food from the restaurant to our room several times. every time, there was a problem with timing. i waited for my order for over an hour, even though they promised 20 minutes.
